We are unable to resupply pharmaceuticals that have come into contact with third parties in order to completely prevent the chance of contamination, thus once meds have been dispatched, we are unable to provide refunds. You will receive a complete and quick refund or a new order at no additional cost if, due to circumstances beyond your control, you do not receive your order or it comes damaged. Please be aware that after we agree to resend your order, it will take about 7 business days to arrive. This applies to both goods and services. We ask that you email us using the contact information on our website if you have not received your order by then so we can address the issue right away.
Please use a Recorded Delivery service when sending a package containing returned goods. This will guarantee that your delivery is delivered promptly and safely. Within 7 days of receiving your returned order, we will evaluate if it satisfies the standards we uphold and, if necessary, either resend the item at no additional cost or provide a complete refund. Receipts, delivery charges, and any other additional costs you incurred are included in any return amount.
An order’s ability to be tracked online and traced is referred to as “recorded delivery.” You can contact us to track your order if it does not arrive within 7 days after it is sent for orders going to the UK or within 14 days for orders going to all other locations in Europe. If we are unable to demonstrate that the order was delivered to the address you gave, we will either offer a complete refund or, at your option, send out a fresh order.
Please be aware that if you received the incorrect item, you must return it to us within 15 days. Then, we will either supply the appropriate goods again at no additional cost or offer a complete refund. To help us find your original order, returns must be accompanied with the order confirmation email we provided you when you placed your order. Please send the unopened parcel and the order confirmation email if, on the other hand, you are simply unsatisfied with your order or product. In certain situations, we follow the guidelines below with regard to granting a complete refund:
- One pill only, from the order, may have been removed. The refund cannot be considered if more than one has been taken.
- The order must be canceled no later than seven days following delivery.
- In situations where a refund is given, the buyer is still responsible for paying the shipping costs.
